How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard or VISA.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Some of out products are custom made and sent from various locations, so we appreciate your patience. All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. All orders leave the warehouses within 3 days of payment.You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped.

What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries via Standard courier.

Where do we ship from?

We have several warehouses around the world and the shipment locations will  depend on your location and the product.

Will my items be sent in one package or more?

On occasions items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. The reason for this happening is to ensure you receiving all your items as quickly as possible.

Can I track my purchased products?

Of course you can! Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you just simply go to the Track Order page located on our website. Input your email and order number provided in the shipping confirmation email and there will be the status of your order.

This is what our process looks like:

a) The order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
b) You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped.
c) On average it usuallys takes 7-14 days, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide, but please allow up to 3 weeks due to high demand on some items.

If for any reason the track order page isn't loading or your order is not showing up just email us at info@athometreatments.com and we will get back to you promptly. Please note: you can only track your order after it has been fulfilled and shipped out.

What are the stores exchange policies?

For most items we offer a 15 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note though, you are responsible for the return costs unless there is an explainable reason which should be mentioned in the e-mail.

We strongly recommend looking at the sizing / color guidelines outlined in the product descriptions before purchasing.  

My order was lost or damaged, what should I do?

In the very rare and unlikely event of a lost package or damaged item no need to worry. All you need to do is e-mail us with your order number at info@athometreatments.com and we will reply in 24 hours. Please address the issue and so we can get it resolved as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you please wait until the estimated delivery time has passed  before assuming the item is lost.

For damaged goods, please e-mail us and include photos of the damage.
